The Quarterly Climate Impacts and Outlook: Alaska and Northwestern Canada offers a binational overview of the latest season’s significant weather, sea ice, and climate events and impacts, as well as an outlook for the upcoming quarter. This Canada-US climate quarterly newsletter is produced jointly by the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy, and Environment and Climate Change Canada. Its geographical scope spans Alaska, the Yukon, the western part of the Northwest Territories, and northern British-Columbia. Quarterly issues are published in March, June, September and December covering winter (Dec-Feb); spring (Mar-May); summer (Jun-Aug) and fall (Sep-Nov).
